Parent-Child Yoga Classes
Parent-Child yoga class is a designated hour or so each week to focus on simply being with your child. Each class uses age-appropriate and developmentally-appropriate poses and activities, and focuses on meeting children where they are to create a yoga practice that respects the child at all ages and stages.
Yoga meets children where they are (developmentally and in the moment) acknowledging that each child is unique and perfect the way they are. It provides a safe space for connection between child and parent/caregiver.
In our busy culture, it is difficult for parents and caregivers to give undivided attention to a child. Yoga class is an opportunity to do just that. It provides a wonderful time to bond and share, without the outside pressure of the rest of the day.
