Location: The Synergy Center (4500 Pewter Lane, Bldgs. 8&9, Manlius) 6 weeks series,Tuesdays 4:30pm-5:30. Dates: 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17. This class is a blend of yoga-inspired movement, songs, and baby play especially for newborn to pre-crawling, as well as, gentle yoga for parents.
