Service Description

Location: The Synergy Center (4500 Pewter Lane, Bldgs. 8&9, Manlius) 6 weeks series, Tuesdays 4:30pm-5:30. Dates: 10/24, 10/31, 11/14, 11/28, 12/5, 12/12. This class is a blend of yoga-inspired movement, songs, and baby play especially for newborn to pre-crawling, as well as, gentle yoga for parents.
