Service Description

Location: Towne Center Fitness (Atrium Studio) Fayetteville This class is designed for preschoolers ages 3-5 years old and their caregiver. We will explore friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each class will focus around preschoolers' curiosities as they learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. (Younger siblings are always welcome. Siblings older than 1year can register at half price; no charge for non-waling infants)
