Service Description
Location: The Synergy Center (4500 Pewter Ln. Bldgs. 8&9, Manlius) This is a supportive, fun-loving, and active class for crawling babies to 2 year old toddlers and their caregiver. Crawlers and walkers will learn poses, songs, and games while they explore new movement and social skills. Parents fully participate in the class, but no yoga experience or yoga mat required. Simply wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to move.
