One Day Event Cancellation Policy:

One day events cancelled prior to 72 hours of the event will be given a full refund.  Cancellation requests received with less than 72 hours notice but 24 hours before the event start will be given full credit of the event to be used for a future event.  Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start of the event will not be refunded.  No-shows will not be refunded.

Semester/Series Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests received prior to 1 week of the start of the event will be refunded in full minus a $25 administration fee.  Cancellation requests received less than 1 week of the start of the event, but prior to 48 hours of the start of the event will be refunded in full minus a 25% administration fee applied to the cost of the series.  Cancellation requests received after the first class will be refunded the cost of the series minus the cost of the class and a 25% administration fee applied to the remaining classes.  Cancellation requests received after the start of the second class will be refunded 50% of the series cost.  No refunds will be honored after the start of the third class.  No-shows will not be refunded.
