Service Description

Location: The Synergy Center (4500 Pewter Lane, Bldgs. 8&9, Manlius) 6 weeks series, Fridays 10:30-11:30. Dates: 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27. This class is a blend of yoga-inspired movement, songs, and baby play especially for newborn to pre-crawling, as well as, gentle yoga for parents.
