Location: The Synergy Center (4500 Pewter Lane, Bldgs. 8&9, Manlius) 6 weeks series, Fridays 10:30-11:30. Dates: 11/3, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/22. This class is a blend of yoga-inspired movement, songs, and baby play especially for newborn to pre-crawling, as well as, gentle yoga for parents.
